Laos and Thailand signs historic power purchase agreement for Xekong 4A and 4B hydroelectric project

The Laos Xekong 4 Power Company Limited (XK4) and the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) have signed a Power Purchase Agreement for the Xekong 4A and 4B Hydroelectric Power Project.
