Lazada's move to retrench workers without notifying, consulting union 'unacceptable'; MOM informed: NTUC

SINGAPORE — For initiating a retrenchment exercise without consulting the labour unions, the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and the affiliated Food Drinks and Allied Workers Union (FDAWU) said they are "deeply disappointed" with e-commerce firm Lazada, and have brought up the move they dub as "unacceptable"
