Leader of 10-man gang that staged 7-hour robbery, gang rape in Nyamira arrested

The suspect---Joseph Otieno Kevuva--- believed to be a ring leader was arrested by detectives who placed him at the crime scene before tracking him down to his hideout in Kondele, Kisumu.
