Leechburg police charged a man with drunk driving while his 10-year-old daughter was in the car. Jared K. Koeller, 43, of McKean Street in Kittanning, faces a felony charge of endangering the welfare of a child along with five other charges, including reckless endangerment, driving under the influence and traffic
