John Mamis has hunched up against the cold and snow Monday afternoon as he crossed Perham's Main Street. Mother Nature dumped an early 6-inch snowfall on the area Monday afternoon and night, although melted most of the white stuff with a nice day on Tuesday. John is from Coon Rapids and was in Perham to visit his son, Kevin Kosiak. (Focus file photo 1995)

Local voters to fill 2 council seat Tuesday
Perham voters will go to the polls Tuesday to select two members of the Village Council here, a Municipal Judge, as well as vote for candidates for state and national office. Also figuring in this year's election, are two constitutional amendments.
