Lima Chief of Police Kevin Martin addresses concerns over quality-of-life calls at Mayor David Berger’s press conference on Wednesday.
LIMA — Over the sounds of the loud music and cars in the city, the Lima Police Department has still heard the concerns from citizens over the “quality-of-life” issues in Lima. Police Chief Kevin Martin addressed those topics Wednesday morning, outlining how LPD is changing its approach to better respond to those calls.
For LPD, a quality-of-life call can be anything from reported traffic violations to loud music and mufflers, to parking issues.
