The Ministry of Finance (MoF)'s new regulations on determining the origin of exported and imported goods in Circular 33/2023/TT-BTC (Circular 33) have officially taken effect. These are the reform points established by customs offices to assist businesses in declaring and submitting certificates of origin (C/O) for import-export goods.
