Malaysia detects 43 new Delta variant cases

MALAYSIA has identified a total of 43 new Covid-19 cases involving the transmission of Delta variant, the Health Ministry said.This brings the cumulative number of cases infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus categorised as Variants of Concern (VOC) and Variant of Interest (VOI) to 710 cases.Of the total detected, 690 cases were VOC while 20 cases were VOI.
