A Hutchinson man was arrested overnight for an attack Saturday morning on a former housemate who was pistol-whipped, tied up with a phone cord, and his dog stolen.
It was the second time in two weeks police arrested Darryel S. Raglin Jr., for assaulting the same victim, who was not identified in public records since it was reported as a domestic violence incident.
Raglin, appearing via video for an initial appearance in court Wednesday morning, denied being present, claiming the victim was making up the story and that the victim paid another witness – who told police she dropped Raglin off at the residence and later picked him up – to lie.
