Man pleads guilty for crash that killed 2 elderly couples

An Upstate man pleaded guilty Monday to a driving under the influence crashed that killed two elderly Greer area couples
Richard Shane Plowden was sentenced to 35 years in prison after pleading guilty to four counts of felony DUI resulting in death and driving under suspension, according to the Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor's Office. Elizabeth Gary prosecuted the case.
