The man who died in a Jersey City car fire last month has been identified as the Guttenberg man awaiting trial on charges that he allowed a 3-year-old in his care to overdose on methadone.
Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office spokeswoman Jennifer Morrill said Wednesday that the driver pulled from the vehicle after a fiery crash at Hutton Street and New York Avenue on Jan. 27 is Roberto Delgado-Gonzalez, 45, of Guttenberg.
