Manitobans stranded in Ottawa for a week after Flair Airlines cancels flight

The Papuli family were supposed to return home to Manitoba on Sunday, but their Flair Airlines flight was cancelled at the last minute. They say the airline gave them a choice: either accept a small refund, or wait seven days until the next flight.
