Mansukh Hiren | After SUV bomb scare case, NIA likely to take over probe into Mansukh Hiran's death

The case of the mysterious death of Mansukh Hiran is currently being probed by the Maharashtra Police's Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS).

Mumbai: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is likely to take over the investigation into the death of Thane-based businessman Mansukh Hiran, whose dead body was found in a creek near Mumbra town on March 5, a report said on Wednesday.
The Agency had on March 3 started a probe into the case related to the finding of an explosive-laden SUV outside the residence of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani's house Antilia in south Mumbai. Twenty gelatin sticks and a threat note were found in the Mahindra Scorpio on February 25.
