I participate in a lot of casino conferences and executive meetings, and I’m often surprised at how poorly important information is communicated. The passing along of information ranges from data dumps to rambling rampages. The information could be critical to the long-term success of the casino, but the way it’s presented makes it very difficult for the recipients to process and absorb it.
