The Career Center at the University of Louisiana Monroe provides an enriching experience
to students through the ULM Mentorship Program.
Each semester, ULM faculty and staff volunteer to guide students on skills they will
need in the professional world. Networking, goal-setting, and sharing knowledge about
the workforce are all part of a mentor's role. The importance of the mentor-mentee
professional relationship cannot be underestimated.
In Spring 2021, 19 students "mentees" and 19 mentors participated in the ULM Mentorship
Program. The program will return to its two-semester format for Fall 2021-Spring 2022.
