Microsoft releases Group Policy fix for Windows 10 KB5031356 Patch Tuesday 8007000D fails

Microsoft earlier this week confirmed that the October 2023 Patch Tuesday, which was released last week, was having installation issues. The company has now released additional fix via group policy.
