Microsoft: We are working on KB5034441/KB5034440 0x80070643 - ERROR_INSTALL_FAILURE fix

Microsoft recently said that a crucial WinRE update for a BitLocker bypass flaw would fail to install with "0x80070643 - ERROR_INSTALL_FAILURE" error. It has confirmed a fix is coming soon.
