More cell checks and security rounds needed at Edmonton Institution, judge says in fatality report

A fatality inquiry report into the May 2016 death of Edmonton Institution inmate Jason Croft, 38, has already resulted in some changes at the maximum security prison, but a provincial court judge has made recommendations for further improvements.
