Move-in day at new apartments built by Picton Health Trust

The trust’s houses were intended to offset a shortage of small, affordable housing in Picton.
Marlborough was one of eight regions to reach a record median April house price last month, at $627,000, the latest figures from Real Estate Institute New Zealand showed. The top sale for the region was a house in Waikawa that sold for $2.2 million.
