Mumbai cop Sachin Vaze seeks anticipatory bail after FIR in Mansukh Hiren death case
Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Vaze, against whom an FIR has been registered by the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) probing the Mansukh Hiren case, has filed an anticipatory bail plea in the Thane sessions court.

Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Vaze, against whom an FIR has been registered by the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) probing the Mansukh Hiren case, has filed an anticipatory bail plea in the Thane sessions court.
Sachin Vaze was not present in court but his lawyers argued that the statement of Mansukh's wife accusing the officer is merely based on suspicion and that there is no prima facie evidence against him.
