Mumbai: Teltumbde says Taloja jail manifested with mosquitoes, little improvement after court directions

Co-accused Sagar Gorkhe cited the Maharashtra Prison Manual as per which mosquito curtains need to be provided in such localities. Also pointed out that prison manuals of other states that have provision for “mosquito nets” for inmates.
