N.B. news: Concerns over shell-drying receiving plant government funding

The Kent Clean Air Action Committee is concerned the shell-drying plant near Beaurivage, N.B., will get significant government funding after they received a document outlining government funding though the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
