N.C. woman hit 2 women with car as they 'peacefully' protested death of Andrew Brown Jr., police say

A white woman was arrested in North Carolina Monday after she drove her car into two Black women “peacefully protesting” the police shooting of Andrew Brown Jr., authorities said, saying the incident may have been a hate crime.
