Nepal plans new ICT blueprint to bridge digital divide

Nepal's telecom regulator is drafting an integrated national information and communication technologies (ICT) policy to improve access to information technology (IT) to all aspects of society and development and to avoid the widening of the digital gap. Nepal has observed impressive growth in the information and communication sector in the last few years.
