New Community Hub 'missing piece' for struggling Moncton neighbourhood
A new 24,000 square foot building is nearing completion in a low-income Moncton neighbourhood. It's a partnership between the John Howard Society of Southeastern New Brunswick and Visions United Church that will offer two precious commodities: affordable housing and community space.
