NEW DELHI: UGC Allows Direct Pursuit of PhD for Graduates with Four-Year Degrees, Changes Eligibility Criteria for NET

According to UGC Chairman Jagadesh Kumar, graduates with four-year undergraduate degrees can now directly appear for NET and pursue PhD studies.
