New flats planned for plot of land ‘fenced off’ and left to grow ‘out of control’
NEW flats could be built on a plot of land which has been “fenced off” and left to grow “out of control” – if plans are approved by the council.
Mr A Hussain of St James Design and Build Limited in High Wycombe has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for a patch of land south of 1 Seymour Court Road, in Marlow.
Plans detail the erection of four one-bed flats (all destined for the ‘housing market’) with under croft parking for two cars and surface parking for two more cars – four in total.
