NGT: NGT orders chief secretary to file response in Aether unit fire Surat | Surat News

NGT orders chief secretary of Gujarat and Director Industrial Safety and Health to file a response in the fire and blast incident at Aether Industries Ltd plant in Sachin GIDC. The case has been transferred to Western Zonal Bench of NGT in Pune. Gujarat Pollution Control Board and AIL have already appeared in the hearing. NGT ordered the parties to submit their response in three weeks.
