No hike on toll fees amid pandemic — Tugade

Despite calls of tollway operators for toll rates hike, Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Arthur Tugade assured motorists Tuesday, Sept. 21, that there will be no increase in toll fees amid the ongoing coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
