NYC driver who hit two cyclists can keep license for now: judge

Jason Alicea, 21, struck the pair of cyclists as he was getting off the Brooklyn Bridge on the Brooklyn side around 8:15 p.m. Tuesday and drove about more five blocks before he was stopped and arrested, according to police.
