Observers fret about flaws in Ecuador's telematic voting system

Quito, Aug 21 (Prensa Latina) International observers praised on Monday the popular participation in Sunday's elections in Ecuador, where 82% went to the polls, although they regretted difficulties with the telematic vote from abroad.
