Othello man sentenced to 14 years for firearm possession, served concurrently with manslaughter

SPOKANE, Wash. -- The U.S. Attorney's Office says 29-year-old Felipe Tapia-Perez of Othello will spend over a decade behind bars for an incident that left his four-year-old child dead.
