Parents throw support behind Lakeland SD after some raised concerns about emphasis on race

Some parents are throwing their support behind the Lakeland school district that has been accused by some parents of placing too much emphasis on race.
The Lakeland Central School District is addressing issues of equity by forming an advisory team that will make recommendations to the school board.
