Partial effect of strike by power employees in UP

Uniindia: Lucknow, Mar 17 (UNI) The 72-hour strike call given by the employees unions has only partial effect in Uttar Pradesh on the first day on Friday as barring a few areas there has been no impact on the power supply in the entire state.
