Patch out for Alder Lake Linux bug that reminds of the Windows 11 Ryzen CPPC issue

Last week, an Alder Lake bug on Linux was found in Intel Turbo Boost Max, related to CPPC. This bug is very similar to a recent Ryzen bug on Windows 11. Patch for the issue has been committed.
