Schick was initially indicted in early March on the single count of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. That charge carries a possible 15-year prison term. At the time, Peoria County State's Attorney Jodi Hoos indicated that more charges could be forthcoming.
Schick is scheduled to enter a plea on July 8 to the new charges. A jury trial is scheduled for October.
