Indus OS is all set to be acquired by PhonePe, the Walmart-owned digital payments platform. This transaction will help PhonePe in adding more applications under its 'PhonePe' switch feature that aggregates various other applications under it. 
 
As per a report by  'Entrackr, Three sources aware of the details of the transaction have said,  “PhonePe and Indus OS have signed the terms of the deal two weeks ago and the transaction is a cash deal worth $60 million".
