Springfield Police asking for your help in finding a 56 year old man who has been reported missing and could be still in the North End.
Police say Efrain Ruiz is 5 feet 4 inches tall and 140 pounds with tattoos on both arms.
He was last seen at Baystate Medical Center last week.
