Pool builder spared prison for raping a sleeping woman is jailed on appeal

Matthew Patrick Fisher, now 25, sneaked into woman's room and got in her bed
She was sleeping when sex was initiated she thought he was her lover
Only as he was leaving did she realise he was a completely different man
Fisher was found guilty of rape but only got a community corrections order
Prosecutors appealed it as 'plainly unjust' and he was jailed for five years
