Power outages across West Michigan

Several hundred Consumers Energy customers are waking up without power Friday morning.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Several hundred people are left without power Friday morning after West Michigan was hit with a snow storm overnight. 
According to the Consumers Energy Outage Map, as of 5:30 a.m., more that 2,700 customers are without power. 
Kent County is seeming the most impact, but there are smaller scattered outages across Ottawa, Muskegon, and Allegan counties as well.
Consumers said crews were out overnight and into Friday morning restoring power as quickly as they can. Officials say most power will be restored by midday Friday.
