Prez Kovind, PM Modi pay floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi at Raj Ghat

Union minister Hardeep Singh Puri and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla too joined Kovind and Modi and a two-minute silence was observed in honour of Mahatma Gandhi.
