Proposal filed to build Frito Lay warehouse on Hubbard wetlands

A part of the Wohlgamuth Wetlands in Hubbard could become a warehouse for Frito Lay. According to the Army Corps of Engineers, the applicant proposes a 27,500-square-foot building on that property.
