Prosecution rests in federal corruption trial of Cleveland Councilman Ken Johnson
After nearly five days of testimony, defense attorneys called their first witnesses Tuesday, including two of Johnson's sons.

AKRON, Ohio — Federal prosecutors wrapped up their case Tuesday in the federal corruption trial of Cleveland Councilman Ken Johnson after nearly five days of testimony from city officials, Johnson's family members, an IRS special agent and others.
Johnson is accused of defrauding taxpayers through three schemes that prosecutors say netted him more than $150,000. He faces 15 theft-related charges and possibly years in prison if convicted.
