RCMP arrest three in connection with Dauphin, Man., theft; seeking fourth suspect - Winnipeg

Three suspects are in custody and a fourth is at large following a theft from a business in Dauphin, Man., RCMP say. Police say the the fourth suspect may be heading to Ontario.
