For the past few years, Rehoboth Elementary School has been fortunate to partner with Jennifer McCue, an injury-prevention coordinator for Nemours, to provide information to students about injury prevention and safety while riding bikes or having fun on the playground.
This year, McCue was able to conduct a virtual presentation for kindergarteners, first-graders and second-graders at Rehoboth Elementary. All students received a copy of the book, “The Safety Champs Wild West Adventure,” a pair of sunglasses and a Nemours pencil, which McCue dropped off to school nurse Marcy DeEmedio.
