JOHANNESBURG - The High Court in Pretoria has on Tuesday ordered former Crime Intelligence head Richard Mdluli to file an application for state funding within 30 days.
Mdluli has lost his bid to have Judge Bert Bam recuse himself from his trial.
His legal team said the application for funding came because the crime he faced pertained to when he was employed by the state.
