Mankind and that kind of. Finite even if. They are not. If. Around. Couldnt it be you can come up because. Some people. Who have to put up there. To make. Things out jump and. Point to the t. V. This is. Important. To me its needed to put. Up the nazi to get some. Support. Someone. To give up a whole day. What. Night it will be. A 1000000 season. Comes out simple. And you have. A good lawyer a. Pretty good. Let me. Know way. And her. Man. Did neuer not sampoerna by hiding. People to law and put the law into a guy. Can monitor let. Him someone is what guy. I am today and. Tam see how. Important do you advise her only in town. How quiet was acquitted our house and. Its lone king and the sick guy and. The police couldnt that he could be lonely there was no more known it and the talk of peace pretty mad he let out a little nice speech and. Now and asked to find any student in a suit. And. In nam couldnt and not. An. Easy one tapped flight at padua lol i look back. I love. You by. The. You know. My heart. I. Am hard. So. Hard. Im told. Im told. Ok. So. When you see. It was a. Great guy and he could clean. It. Im reluctant to hear. Seen did how high or how. So. He had hi how 11. And what hands of mine. How my how he what i had a hard edge where what i hit. Me there. Needs me in my. New need to know who saw the money. And unit and unit. And power. And their sea of sorry not that. In a hurry. At. One time you know loud enough. Of us who know. Well and good. Seeing the whole dont care. Good enough. And for us. The. We go to work. Straight home. Chose seemed wrong. But old rules just dont hold. Any you get to shape out just because get educated and in the game trade equals betrayal. When so many find themselves worlds apart. Just to look for common ground. Each. Tick. Tick tick tick. Down but if. You can shave so using these then you can. Get just about one. In should the stuff done take care such as fake fixing 1st if you put stinky everybody will know its. More. Or less stiff. Thankfully the police and the. Shish. Up. To the government the people of laos thank you so much for the kind welcome that youve extended to me and my delegation. I am very honored to be the 1st american president to visit laos. Thank you. I realize that having a u. S. President in laos would have once been unimaginable. 6 decades ago this country fell into civil war your neighbors and foreign powers including the United States intervened here at the time the Us Government did not acknowledge americas role it was a secret war and for years the American People did not know. Even now Many Americans are not fully aware of this chapter in our history and its important that we remember today over 90 years 9641973 the United States dropped more than 2000000 tons of bombs here in laos war inflicts a terrible toll especially on innocent men women children. Today i stand with you and acknowledging the suffering and sacrifices on all sides of that conflict i also know that there are remnants of war continue to shatter lives here in laos so today im proud to announce a historic increase in these efforts the United States will double our annual funding to 90000000. 00 over the next 3 years to help laos expand its one of the. 2 has. An insane and somewhat. You know. I mean. No. Not for. Home. People summit someday in the. Home. They. Point to. And point to. Point. And i love them too much dawson thought i had forgotten. All of their support telling. When. My hot and ok im their guy me and im im picky about that man am i didnt write it and its out on have been then be a napkin and now and then and then i think no matter and then you put on an anonymous man they have been taken by a phenomenon the pm happened to not enough in local thought you now im unhappy and they didnt come in and accompany me are jackets on so me even am i have to go for whoever but beyond that no money can i get it from you mean i may have been our guide about how much that family infinit that i mean not affected by the fire and then us in and out we were in and back in and am. As a there was a full moon tonight. And i get so damn tired now of the commando member. In front of him from now on that but the last time around this morning im not so common that every minute 31 second hour. President obama just made history by being the 1st sitting u. S. President to visit laos obama has so far refused to issue a formal apology for the secret u. S. Bombing campaign in laos during its war on vietnam the u. S. Secretly dropped 270000000. 00 bombs on laos in part to cut off north vietnamese supply routes again margaret this plan 90000000. 00 or so to help clean up and detonated bombs still in the country what are the details this is 90000000. 00 over 3 years to clean up whats called unexploded ordinance these are they look like little balls little kids pick them up and often become victims of these bombs that were dropped nearly 40 years ago in a war that this country was never technically a part of up to 80000000. 00 of these failed to detonate and just one percent of them have been cleared obamas 90000000. 00 for bomb clearance in laos its not enough we bombed allow so much it is officially the most heavily bombed country per capita in all of Human History the 19000000. 00 just at 1st sounds like a lot numbers that everybody talks about that you brought up that are accurate as far as we know that we also know that that is the low estimate of the large numbers of airplanes that were sent to do bombing runs in vietnam for example came back over lost to bases in thailand and on their way back would randomly drop their loads and we have no records once to wherever those lows that were dropped so we dont actually know how much was dropped in the 1st place we know its more than the numbers that we talk about experts say the president s visit shows that the u. S. Is trying to make friends with countries near china to help balance out that nations growing power in the region because of the problems and because of the lack of clean up because of the lack of recognition it continues to kill people and trouble this very undeveloped country there are fields that cant be plowed there is land that cant be developed there are children who are walking or. Around who werent even alive during the vietnam war who are missing arms and legs and limbs when we are able to come here and show respect for their culture recognize. Our history. And. Your point towards a future in which we Work Together we will actually have more in force well be able to promote our ideals more effectively but thats part of what weve been able to accomplish i think over the last 78 years open up places that previously were closed and to engage people in ways that will create. Long monotony. Me. To. Dampen. So. You can buy. Why did. They lie me on thing made me to lie. I come even now with content. And t. I phones and im someone and im. Going to keep fighting when. That might. Mean to me not morning. Michael. After years of secrecy and from there now were doing a lot about. The talent he sat in my life to me number 10 percent now i tap into consequence i might get some. Money and i think i found a family i mean to imply. My fellow americans laos is far away from america but the world is small. To me to find. The one. That made me write it and i think. It. May be. Important. Because. Im not a deep. Black man. Blessed with. The need to meet. The tapped out. Some need to put. I am. Welcome to maximize or fight as a model guy. Looking for our 2 year budget down. Yanks this is what happens to pensions in britain delegates are watched as a report. 54 jets and more than 1300 military personnel are headed to heal some air force base in alaska where is that to say come on ill show you whats the reason for any type of enhanced u.
