Well you make it dramatic because youre so good at that but you have also a great memory as they did to you and ive been saying that to my Radio Audience and both on the American Family farmer and the j. V. Program for a long time my background having grown up around town has been on the farm all my life ive seen things that all of us have sort of taken for granted whether we lived on the farm oh ever we were benefiting from the products that came from the farm we knew the farm we knew the farmer we knew what we wanted to go by we could watch it grow as we drove by that stuff is all over the past 25 maybe 30 years that stuff has been doing doing the ability to see the farmer and to get on the farm that experience has been going away whats happened i did say in the next 50 years we were going to have a problem but youre right it has this whole pandemic if you want to call it that the virus has short circuited the time clock so we are now listening in when i futuristically said it was going to happen around the year 20 but remember there was some from Xavier Nevins in the year 24 totally hour every day i mean i got to drive 2525 yet so right now we see going to the supermarket that there isnt beef there isnt pork there isnt chicken there on vegetables it is you go into any even the upscale supermarkets and the aisles are empty the shelves are big there and so he was a way to measure whats going on and what is good about this holland is that many people have now started to realize that they need to go to the source so where i was pessimistic about what we knew or didnt know it could or couldnt do in a few years when is happening in some regions a country anyways that people are going direct theyre going back. Far a cow farms but now that production has spoiled the ability of the small family farmer to add to what they call a pool so any way to make a long story short the smart guys are creating ways in which they can sell direct to the consumer the consumer is finding those farms and you can see pictures upstate new york for example 3 or 4 farms and these little processing unit people are are lining up down up to driving down the street to get the product and in this is so is a whole new appreciation and understanding of where the food comes from and how we can procure it for ourselves we figured out a way at least partially were not there yet because the government still is in the way with stupid rules and regulations in terms of how we get food how its distributed so that has to be worked on. Yeah im glad were thinking about this more and you hit a nerve a minute ago because 2 of the saddest things i have seen lately are that video of the milk being dumped which has to hold a nerve since youre a dairy farmer and what about these pigs being euthanized rather than brought to market how in a country that worries about Food Insecurity can we be throwing away food before it gets to the consumer why does this happen well there are 2 or 3 different answers one of them is that the chinese are the government of the not the people but the Chinese Government is the culprit all the way all across the board the problem with a virus created in a laboratory spreading around the world but you dont remember i think in my last visit here to you i was talking about the chinese buying up smithfield who are producers the largest for producing company in the world its an American Company the chinese now own it and they have had nothing but trouble not only with keeping the plants going here in part because of the virus but there are other problems the running the way the chinese run things vs the way americans want to work at their there or whatever their job is but then there is the fact that they have had so much problem raising pork over there they have swine flu that they had to deal with theyve had to get rid of a lot of pork so theyre over here buying out our processes and then they take the port back to china in the plants in iowa and i think 2 or 3 other states that are smith your plans have been shut down because the workers are loaded with coronavirus they cant work god planned i think 100 people have the virus so theyve shut it down so they cant get the poor through the processing plants is the same with chicken tyson people they cant get the chicken process. Just because a there are so few places or process now and b because theyre in the not slaughterhouses the governments closed them all down and theyve got this this perfect storm of characters and governments and businesses that have colluded because theyre greedy and because the chinese want to control the world this its all coming together at the same time and it isnt a hit its a bird.
