People being incarcerated if there are has been and still is a lot of drug abuse in philadelphia and i think if you live in poverty and without hope its very hard to. Dig yourself out of that its very hard to do the things you need to do. If you graduate a part of that bradley uprising which will only make it harder for. This is this is a signature of.
