Boris Johnson's education catch up tsar says a longer school day COULD still happen as SAGE scientist says classrooms CAN reopen safely next week with safety measures but unions warn return will need to be 'staggered' due to Covid tests

He told MPs today that a longer school day has not been ruled out by ministers
Earlier Sage expert Calum Semple said school reopening on March 8 will be safe
Prof Semple said increased ventilation, tests and mask wearing will aid safety 
But union leader Geoff Barton has suggested openings could be 'staggered'
